Medication non-adherence serves as one of the major barriers in reaching desired healthcare outcomes. One of these services is the Medicines Use Review (MUR), which is categorized as a “concordance/compliance review” and consists of a yearly one-to-one patient-pharmacist consultation that focuses on enhancing adherence (English MUR study).
