Many have inquiries about Week 4. This week, there are two assignments that are due. In order to pass the course, you must receive a combined grade of 80% on your DCE assignment and the assignment’s accompanying documentation notes. The shadow health assignment is a crucial one. Additionally, you have the skin condition that you can select from the image. Therefore, if a red rash appears. Your CC may appear as a red, itchy rash. I gave the HPI as an example. Please utilize your detailed soap note template. We acknowledge that you may not have much material, but since this is practice for writing an essay, it might be simpler to use the template rather than make up your own. I also wanted to mention how I typically post the assignments ahead of time because I know some students like to get a jump on things. Only the week ahead must be posted.
