You may think your current organization is running smoothly, or you may feel like it has a lot of problems. You can experience or even observe things that make you think. However, while you should not attempt to determine a patient’s state of health by observation alone, you should also not attempt to judge the health of your work environment based on observations and ideas.
There are often problems that you consider to be problems that others don’t see; Likewise, the problems can be much deeper than leaders admit. Many factors and measures can affect the health of an organization. Among these is civilization. While an organization can put in place policies designed to promote things like civilization, how do you ensure these are being managed effectively? In this discussion, you will examine the use of tools to measure politeness in the workplace.
