Assignment: Assessing and Treating Clients With Pain

Uncontrolled pain has a detrimental impact on mood, attention, and the general physical and mental well-being of customers, which can have a significant impact on an individual’s quality of life. Although drugs may typically manage pain, the process of diagnosing and treating clients can be difficult since pain is such a subjective sensation. Only the individual suffering the pain genuinely understands the severity of the pain and if pharmacological treatments are required. Beliefs about pain and pain therapies can sometimes have a negative impact on the provider-client relationship. Consider how you could assess and treat clients who appear with pain as you examine the interactive case study for this Assignment.
